Jake Paul announces his return to boxing and sets date for next fight
Fresh off of promoting the incredible clash between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano, Jake Paul has announced that he will be returning to the ring himself.
The biggest fight in women’s boxing history lived up to the bill, but the YouTube star is now looking to get back into action.
The 25-year-old has turned to professional boxing in recent years and has managed five straight wins in his fights so far.
The social media influencer-turned-boxing promoter has been doing a lot of behind-the-scenes work in recent months, but is now ready to return in front of a crowd.
Posting to Twitter, Paul simply declared “I’m back” to his followers with the date “August 13”.
Paul’s teaser didn’t include an opponent and it’s unclear who will step up next to take on the former Disney star.
Last time out Paul faced former UFC champion Tyron Woodley in December for the second time and came away with a knockout victory.

The American was previously set to fight Tommy Fury but was dropped at the last minute with Woodley’s interference.
Another fight could be very lucrative for Paul, who has invested heavily in boxing in recent years.
