Once on his podcast, Rogan chatted with his guests about how a super fight between “The Predator” Francis Ngannou and light heavyweight GOAT Jon Jones would unfold.

Jon Jones versus Francis Ngannou. The only thing I hope for if it ever happens. Are we allowing Ngannou to get the press he deserves. Love pumping him in a way he deserves. To make this fight great,” Rogan said.

Later, he went on to discuss some traits of “Bones” that separate him from the crowd. He also speculated that there might be a chance that Jones would do even better at the match’s highest weight class.

“Man, what a fight that would be. What a fight that would be. We’ve never seen Jon where he doesn’t have to lose weight. What if he eats healthy, just good big portions and hydrates as much as he wants throughout the day? Maybe he’s 10% better. We do not know. Maybe Jon Jones is the best 240-pound heavyweight in the world, but he just fought at 205.”

“I mean in this country he would be a hero like the scariest guy in the world was an immigrant who barely spoke English a short time ago. And now he’s confusing people, and he’s only been fighting for six years. And he developed his strength, by the way, in a sand mine when he was a child. He does child labor.

Francis Ngannou recently became the undisputed UFC heavyweight champion after defeating interim champion Ciryl Gane. The fight was scheduled for Jan. 22 at UFC 270 in Anaheim, Calif. Here, “The Predator” earned their unanimous decision victory.
